We control the “Network” from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the “Network” are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the “Network” from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Users may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. You can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain course-related activities and may prevent your ability to complete or get the most benefit from a course we provide.

Communications Policies

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address, electronic address, or means of contact confidential. We use services such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list, messenger subscriber list and to send messages to our subscribers. These are third-party providers, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at any time.
